About Valley View

Valley View is a midrise residential development developed by a Civil Servants’ Co-operative Building Society in 1965. The development comprises two 8-storey residential buildings with two spacious units on each floor. The site is set in the superior location side by side with Woodland Heights and Nicholson Towers. The buildings were built on an elevated Platform on the hillside of Mount Nicholson offering fantastic views of the city and the harbour on the front, and greenery on the back. Commensurate to similar luxury apartments built in that era, these apartments have colonial characteristics with high ceiling height, large balcony, separate living and dining, amah's quarter, and very generous in size. Carpark ratio is 1 to 1, with additional visitor carparks.

The subject Co-operative Building Society was dissolved in 2000 through the Surrender and Regrant Approach when legal titles of the apartments were transferred to the individual CBS members. This means after premium was paid, apartments within the development are now free to trade in the open market.
